They will try to fool you I am a Sonota owner. I know what I want for my new Sonata. I went in to this dealership from the Costco buying program recommendation. I was promised I am a Sonota owner. I know what I want for my new Sonata. I went in to this dealership from the Costco buying program recommendation. I was promised to get $5200 off MSRP through email to buy an 2018 Sonota Limited with Ultimate package. I went in hoping to finish the buying process as quick as possible. When I arrive, the person who I contacted was not the saleperson dealing with me. They did not mention Costco program at all. I asked for a white car. It took them 30 minutes to get a car and let me test drive. I ask them why the car does not have Navigation system. The salesperson told me that the new Sonata replace the navigation with Android or Apple play app (which is a lie). I later found out that this car does not have the ultimate package installed. After my complaint, the salesperson went to find another white car. This time, I did not test drive because I want to get out there as soon as I can. The expectation was that if it is a new car with my specs, it is really not necessary to drive it at all. This was a big mistake because I found out that they are trying to sale me a car that already has 850 miles on it. It is why they are willing to give me a big discount. I was really disappointed but decided to buy the car anyway because i don't want to waste another afternoon talking to them or another dealership. It is very bad salesmanship. More

He's professional, honest, and never pushy. Mike Meah, the general manager, is also a pleasure to work with. He's professional and personable, unlike some of the stuffiness that comes with some of the dealership general managers that you may meet elsewhere. The service guys, Jose and the team, and the porters, including Tony, are also another reason I love this place. Great, hard working guys that always have a smile on their faces and make you feel welcome. Everyone there, from the sales guys to the cashiers really do make this place one that I enjoy coming back to. As for the last car I just got, I turned in my leased Sante Fe for a new one. I love this truck. It drives great and has awesome features. I highly recommend this place as your first stop when shopping for a car, and ask for Lou! More

My review I returned to purchase a car as my original Elantra was 14 years old and although it was still running really well-to the credit of your service depar I returned to purchase a car as my original Elantra was 14 years old and although it was still running really well-to the credit of your service department-- I felt it was time to replace it. This leasing thing is going to be an experiment for me as I have always purchased my vehicles. I had not I tended to lease but I was intrigued by the no maintenance cost for three years.
