My Dream Car became My New Car! Wasn't planning on buying a car that day. Joe sat down and asked me what was my budget. Then Mike brought up leasing and its new changed tax laws. 2017 Purchase - 2015 Trade-In Would not have considered a trade-in of my 2015 Hyundai except for the letter rec'd fm Mike Meah and the f/u telecon fm Abigail. I had anticipated that I would be dealing with Mike at the appt; however, I was directed to Tom Olsen for the duration. Tom was perfectly fine & professional. I may have misread the letter regarding with which salesperson I was to work. I was in experienced and capable hands with Tom. There was no pressure to make a sale. Several options of 2017 vehicles were presented to me along with their related costs. Outside of the long afternoon - which I expected - everything went smoothly. I am very happy with my 2017 Hyundai. More
