Bait and Switch Consumer Fraud Verbal Assualt Tyranny! This is Dealer is full unethical people. We went to pickup our Sante Fe on Monday with terms agreed to in good faith this past Saturday. I put in writing on Saturday if there was any variance in our terms the deal would end. When we met our Sales Rep Michael the intimidation tactics started we were told our interest rate was raised from 2,99 to 3.10 with no explanation by the General Manager Mike Meah. Then we Bottom the very rude and intimidating Finance Manager this man tells me the Car price has been raised from $27,900 to $30,900 then he tells me we get no credit for our trade in. The guy telling me this is the deal and I have to take it. I said I am sorry and we have to leave. I go to the cashier to get my $3,700 refund then this lunatic Finance Manager runs after me and threatens me with physical abuse and berates me in front of customers in the waiting area. Then another Sales rep grabs my paperwork showing the $3,000 bait and switch fraud he runs in a corner office and tears up my paper work.. Another Sales Rep gets in my face after my wife and I have been attacked and tells me to quite. We leave this house of xxxxx. I am still waiting for $3,700 downpayment to be returned and Mike Meah the General Manager has not terminated any of these animals who assaulted me and miy wife. Folks protect yourselves stay away from these liars and xxxxx. In 35 plus years of buying. Cars I have not ever dealt with such low life's ever. More
