After speaking with Kosta on the phone knowing how a lot of dealerships like to play games and just do what they can to get people in the store, Kosta was very upfront and honest about the procedure for ordering a car. Was not pushy at all. Upon arrival of the dealership I have to be honest to say I was very wary of the honesty of the phone conversation. However, upon meeting Kosta everything he said was absolutely correct and went smooth sailing. There is not one thing or gimmick or trick that was attempted at this dealership. This had to of been one of my nicest and easiest car buying experiences. Kosta spent endless time making sure my wife and I knew the ins and outs of our new vehicle which came in months earlier than we expected. My wife was very excited to have her new car so early. I will be recommending anyone I know to this dealership. Kosta, my wife and I cannot thank you enough for all of your great customer service and you are one excellent person to talk with as well. Thank you Kosta and Elgin/Wag Kia for giving us such a great experience. We look forward to seeing you guys and working with you guys with our next vehicle when it’s time. More

This dealership is terrible. We arrived and no Dave. We were told it was his day off and no one could reach him. Another salesman “Costa” attempted to help and then pulled a bait and switch. All of a sudden the car we had specifically come to see had “just been sold”. We had read Yelp reviews that had warned us about his type of conduct at this dealership. But since we had a specific appointment to see a specific car, we incorrectly thought this would not happen to us. I would never, ever go back to this dealership. They are not reputable. They lie. Drove from Michigan to purchase a used Kia Soul. Remle was our salesman. I have been to a lot of dealers before and i would highly recommend Elgin Kia. My wife and I put a $500 refundable deposit on the Kia Telluride. We ended up going with the Hyundai Palisade, so we attempted to get our $500 back. While we ended up getting our money back, it was not easy. After 2 emails and 3 phone calls, we ended up driving to the dealership. Once there, they were nice enough, but it took another 20+ minutes for us to get our money back. Why? The dealership only has 1 tablet they use to handle the financial end of their transactions. That 1 tablet was being used by someone else, so we had to wait. No cashier, and no one was available to help us. So while the dealership is nice to you when they have your business, things definitely change when they don't. It took less than 5 minutes for Elgin Kia to take our deposit, yet it took 5 contacts, a visit to the dealership, and another 20 minutes to wait for "the tablet" for us to get our deposit refunded. Our experience with Elgin Kia was not a positive one. The likelihood of us returning for any future car purchases? Very low. More

When I arrived, I noticed how other people were sitting in this car and watching it, and after a while They was told me that the car was sold, which I reserved for myself on that day for a specific hour. I drove 50 miles to hear that the car was sold and no one told me about it. They told me who first come the better one, LIARS and SCAMMERS, I do not recommend to anyone !!!!! 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 More
Worst dealership experience I’ve had!! I was interested in purchasing a 2022 Kia Telluride. I was coming from an hour away and already had my financing all set up and was up front about all that prior to m in purchasing a 2022 Kia Telluride. Once I get to the dealership, they tried talking me into using their financing and then when I said no, they said that the price of the vehicle was going to be 2,000 more now. Told them I wasn’t paying extra and they came back down to the original price. After we agreed on the price and signed paperwork, they informed me that the car is still available to the public until they have a check in hand, even when I put down a $500 deposit. Extremely shady experience and Jermey was terrible to work with ! Avoid this place at all costs ! More
