When I arrived, I noticed how other people were sitting in this car and watching it, and after a while They was told me that the car was sold, which I reserved for myself on that day for a specific hour. Worst dealership experience I’ve had!! I was interested in purchasing a 2022 Kia Telluride. I was coming from an hour away and already had my financing all set up and was up front about all that prior to m in purchasing a 2022 Kia Telluride. Once I get to the dealership, they tried talking me into using their financing and then when I said no, they said that the price of the vehicle was going to be 2,000 more now. Told them I wasn’t paying extra and they came back down to the original price. After we agreed on the price and signed paperwork, they informed me that the car is still available to the public until they have a check in hand, even when I put down a $500 deposit. Extremely shady experience and Jermey was terrible to work with ! Avoid this place at all costs ! More

Kostya is the salesman I had a pleasure of speaking with I was eager to buy a car locally rather than drive 30 minutes away but the guy made it so difficult to work with, I test drove 2 vehicles that day an I was eager to buy a car locally rather than drive 30 minutes away but the guy made it so difficult to work with, I test drove 2 vehicles that day and went in to discuss numbers, he gave us false numbers and did not want to provide an estimate out of door pricing. my brother who works in finance and logistics asks him for a piece of paper and a pencil and begins to draw out a spreadsheet for the cost of the vehicle. At this moment kostya is fumed, turning red, starts interrupting us and grabs the piece of paper rush’s to the back office like the coward that he is. At this moment we are waiting patiently for his return to continue working numbers on the car as we watch him run from office to offices frantically. 10 minutes pass and he comes back with his business card and proceeds to tell us if we’re ready to purchase a car feel free to come back, I laughed so hard and took my business to Gary Lang auto group in mchenry and bought the same vehicle with lower miles for a phenomenal price. I have no idea why kostya would react the way he did but personally I think this dealership which is known as WAG Kia of elgin not napleton anymore would have salesman like that working for them. Transparency/ respect in this field is key and a majority of these salesman that work at WAG kia lack both. As a consumer stay away and let this place go out of business! More

We purchased a Telluride in the beginning of March. After doing a lot of research and visiting multiple dealers we were on our way to purchase a different car from a dealer in the area. I had my heart set on a Telluride and Napleton had the model and color of my choice. We decided, lets stop and see what happens. We were greeted by Sheila Nieves who was very sweet and professional. We explained what we were looking for and the price we would pay. After a few conversations within 20 minutes we agreed on a price and we purchased the car. We were out of the dealership within 2 hours. Sheila really made us feel comfortable and at easy with the whole process. I would definite recommend Sheila and this dealership. More

I was really bothered they turned us away not even giving us a chance to check our credit or test drive the car. Yesterday we went to a different Kia location where we were able to test drive the cars and they were Able to get us into a new Kia Sorento without any hesitation! With all that being said this place is trash and horrible at doing business!!! Would not recommend!! More

Avoid this place. Lots of double talk and lies from everyone here coming your way. They said we would not be able to buy a Telluride SX at MSRP. Mike Gaddy sales guy said they were tacking on 5500 on everyone here coming your way. They said we would not be able to buy a Telluride SX at MSRP. One from Schaumburg Kia, and one from Liberty Kia, both in stock off the floor, and both at MSRP. always thought the sleezy car dealer was a thing of the past. Napleton Kia showed me I was wrong about that. This is the worst new car buying customer service treatment and absolutely the worst management as far as getting their story straight amongst each other I have ever dealt with in my life! I will never go back here nor to any other Napleton, and will go out of my way to tell anyone considering shopping here, the same.. Biggest issue was that all three people dealt with here, all were giving us contrary information. If a customer asks the price of a certain car, at least provide that, and curb all the annoying xx games. Your valuable time will be wasted here. In defense of our sales person, Mike Gaddy, he was very informative with the car and it's features and demonstrating them to us. However, when it got down to price and buying, alot of double talk and lies began to spew from the "back" offices. Do yourself a favor, save any amount of time you might spend here, and shop for a Kia somewhere else. Would highly recommend Liberty Kia, and ask for Abe. Easiest car we ever bought, and no lies and double talk at Liberty Kia. Kostya Reznik manager at Elgin Napleton Kia, was full of misinformation from what the sales reps told us.
