The Service Consultant who handled my vehicle's work was courteous, professional, and kept me informed. There were no high-pressure sales. Brendon got the initial problem fixed quickly (new starter), and then walked me through some maintenance options available. He helped me decide which preventative maintenance items were best, and I did have some of the additional recommended PM work performed. I only had to say 'No Thanks' once to some of the other recommended work and it was without push-back. As it should be. I was contacted as soon as the work was finished. I wish I had waited to write my review before I came home and talked to my Credit Union. Initially, I was happy about finding a Prius. Something I had trouble finding for over 18 months. When I came home I r and talked to my Credit Union. Initially, I was happy about finding a Prius. Something I had trouble finding for over 18 months. When I came home I realized that our finance person had misled us to believing we were signing off on the included oil changes that Toyota offers to new customers only to find out he had actually added on over 9,000 worth of warranties, tire coverage, and other charges. He charged us over $600 for vin tags, something you can opt out of. He charged us another $300 for added warranties on theft insurance that he blatantly lied about and said it would be "turned off" if we didn't sign it. I have that on tape. He made us drive three and a half hours back to resign a new contract and would not give us a copy of the original contract or void it. I tentatively believe we were able to get the warranties off. Then they told us that it would take 60-90 days for them to get us new plates from our DMV because we are out of state. The Wisconsin DMV said it would be 4-6 weeks. That means they are holding onto the paperwork for some reason. Please do not buy from this dealership. I cannot tell you how awful this experience has been. I have bought 6 Toyotas from four other dealerships and I have never been treated like this before. PLEASE AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP!!! More
Purchased a new Rav 4 3 years ago. They put on new license plates at that time. I just went to install new plates and I couldn't get the rear plate off the rear trunk lid, because the They put on new license plates at that time. I just went to install new plates and I couldn't get the rear plate off the rear trunk lid, because the bolts were rusty and stripped. Service department said it will cost around $ 175 bucks for them to fix it. I told them I bought the car new from here and they put the plates on. I told them forget it , I will go to another Toyota dealer to see if they will help me out.Service man said I will be right back. He came back in 5 minutes and said the car will be fixed in around a half hour. They put on new bolts front and back. It didn't cost me a dime. Thank you Service department..........C. M. The service was awful when I went there. They did not solve my problem. I had an oil change and advised them of a problem with my connection with CarPlay.
