Liars and thief's work here. .. Marlon Poole, Assistant Sales Manager was the person who sold me the car, I traded in a 2018 Rav Limited and was given 24000, they are selling it f .. Marlon Poole, Assistant Sales Manager was the person who sold me the car, I traded in a 2018 Rav Limited and was given 24000, they are selling it for 27000 but that's not the main thing just pointing that out, me and my Grandma went in to get a 2018 Rav 4 Hybrid Limited and we had to put 6k down from being upside down, my car payment sky rotted to 769.72 a month... from 640.38 even with that amount down because of the outrageous 10 percent interest fee when my car was a 5.95 percent before and they told us that no one even with my Grandma's 843!!!!! Credit would give us a better rate and I have looked elsewhere and there is better rates everywhere, but here is the biggest problem now, we were told that the 6000k we out down was only going to be about 25 a month payment's we have to both open up a 2k credit card for me and a 4k credit card for her and we were told the payment's would only be about 25 each... well mine is 100!!!!! And hers is 200 a month!!!!!! Such bad lairs I would not recommend Marlon Poole the Assistant Sales Manager nor the finance manager named Khaled Omran because he messed us up to, he told us we wouldn't need to come back in because we live in Rockford and the next day he calls me and says we need to redo the contract and wouldn't really explain why we did but we did it over the phone/computer but this resulted in another HARD INQUIRY FOR NO GIVEN REASON... I am very pissed about this place and we we NEVER come there ever again, also we were told we could change our first car payment due date, and when I tried it says must make first payment so both Khaled Omran and Marlon Poole lied because Khaled said that we could change the payment due date after we got the statement and Marlon said the payments should not have been due until 45 days... turns out it was after only 30 and we have to make the first payment first which was a lie, screw both of you I will never recommend you to anybody ever in my life, I regret coming in and doing that...
