Elgin Toyota was highly recommended by Consumer Reports Subscription service; I otherwise would not have been aware of this dealership. After making an initial contact with Erica Mason online, she was completely upfront with pricing, guided me through the options available on each vehicle and provided a simple and hassle-free car purchasing experience. When the deal was complete, I traveled the two hours to Elgin and the drive was well worth it. Although the paperwork took some time, I left with a new insurance card, new license plates and a Navigation system that was programed to get me home in my new Camry SE V6. Best new car transaction ever. More

The same evening, I visited Elgin Toyota and met Tancho and Mike who together found time to speak with me as they were closing up 3 other deals and the end of the shift. Everything was as advertised and I left with the car. The next morning I returned completed the paperwork and was out the door in less than an hour...WOW! Tancho hopped in the vehicle setup my phone and demonstrated all the options before letting me leave. I was personally thanked and welcomed to the family by the owner, met the service team, and left with some parting gifts on behalf of the dealership!
