My husband and I informed Elgin Toyota of our experience with Schaumburg Toyota. We were introduced to Don Smith over the phone. He addressed both my husband and I concerns with respect and dignity. He was not pushy and did not seem to work unethical. He was very straight forward in trying to help us with all of our questions and concerns. Don was very pleasant to work with and I would recommend everyone I know to work with Don. I cannot explain the importance of good customer service and Don demonstrated that to my family, so much to when we left he took pictures with us and the two vehicles we purchased from him that day. Don Smith was very nice and not over selling, which was great. He was also very efficient and got us what we wanted within our budget. My mom and I both walked out with cars the same day.
