Great Dealer Experience I was looking to lease a new 2018 VW Tiguan SEL 4Motion.. Made and appointment to discuss doing this at Elgin Volkswagen. Two hours later, the trans I was looking to lease a new 2018 VW Tiguan SEL 4Motion.. Made and appointment to discuss doing this at Elgin Volkswagen. Two hours later, the transaction was completed to my satisfaction. I got the vehicle I wanted and was able to easily turn in me existing leased VW. The showroom was great, the sales consultant and sales manager were great, and the overall experience was exceptional. I didn't ask about the dealerships community outreach program but noticed that the staff at the dealership was diverse which is a plus. More
