I called more than 5 times ok different occasions. Either they hang up on me or transfer my call some other dept and leave me hanging. Even sent an email. Of course no response as usual.

I was told last week they check has been sent via Fedex also provided a Fed ex tracking number that does not even exit. My bank confirmed today they never received any check which was supposed to sent last week in a two day delivery
