I’d give it a 1 star but the Service department has been nothing but help. Sales management on the other hand Terrible! I purchased a preowned car 2021 Acura TLX 42K miles as a non-certified vehicle. It sti nothing but help. Sales management on the other hand Terrible! I purchased a preowned car 2021 Acura TLX 42K miles as a non-certified vehicle. It still had factory remainder warranty. Long story short two days after I purchased a car I’ve been having issues with suspension after today, fix that started having issues couple days later with a lot of other things in the car, cosmetics brakes transmission Gearshift brought the car back to elk Grove Acura service over eight times and currently is at Nilo Acura in Roseville, getting a new transmission now I’ve been trying to reach out to the sales management for the past two weeks and even before that to see what they can do to help me out I’m trying to arbitrate like it says in the contract, but they seem to refuse to contact me or they are completely avoiding me. The new management there does not help all they want is your money they’re nice at the beginning after you’re on your own when I purchased a vehicle they were in a transition unfortunately and the management I dealt with before was excellent. I’ve purchased vehicles from elk Grove Acura and their auto group prior and I’ve had nothing but good feedback now with this new management. They do not care to help customers at all. Terrible customer service typical money hungry greedy type of sales managers that’s what I take of it now today still after calling this whole week going to the dealership waiting over an hour nobody has called me back and now currently the vehicle Has been in the shop more than 40 days often on throughout the past two months. More

Greg in parts is also extremely helpful when ordering parts and is very friendly as well as the greeter when pulling into the service drive. Will,Jeff,Greg is what customer service should look like!
