"Worst Service Center Ever"

I have continually had a horrible service experience with this place. Today was the worst. I went in to have my car serviced and a new battery installed (to the tune of $500. They put the battery under the driver side seat so no other service center can touch it and they get to charge you outrageous amount.). OK, I get it gotta make money somewhere. However, when I get there my air conditioning is working just fine. When I pick up my car all of a sudden it does not work anymore. According to the service person it has nothing to do with the battery change or the other service that was done and to quote "it is your word against ours that it was working and we have on way of proving that it was working." xxx. I asked to speak to the technician but the service guy comes back and tells me too bad it will cost you another $600 on top of the $750 you just paid to get it fixed. xxx. The manager refuses to speak to me and when I confront him he says the service guy never said I wanted to speak to him. Service guy told me the manager won't come over and talk to me. xxx. If this is how you treat your customers is it a wonder you are still in business. Time to dump this piece of crap that I have had problems with every since I bought it and go back to Lexus where service is incomparable even if they are charging an arm and a leg they know how to treat their customers with respect.

"The BEST Service EVER!!"

I am so grateful for the service I received from Leon H in the Service Center. My 2015 A3 needed it's 35K Mile Service Maintenance and he had everything handled from the first phone call I made to make the appointment, to the time I pick up my car when it was finished. He was so detail oriented, it blew me away! He pretty much had the paperwork done before I even got there. All my questions were answered before I could even ask them. So my job was done before I there. He was an absolute pleasure to deal with and you're very lucky to have him as an employee! Thank you Leon for your service! and Thank you Elk Grove Audi, because you all ROCK!..You all were so very nice! Consumers are always ready to complain but yet seldom do they praise!

I recently had the 15,000 mile service on my Audi at Elk Grove Audi. From setting the appointment to picking up my vehicle the process was easy, the employees, courteous, and the service impeccable. Don Stachelrodt and his staff were very accommodating, even giving me a ride to my job nearby. The vehicle was ready on time and it had even been cleaned and detailed for me. All of the service performed was explained as well as what I might expect at the next service appointment. Thank you Elk Grove Audi for always making the experience a pleasant one !

"Brought my 01 S4 in for warranty repairs. Car had humming..."

Brought my 01 S4 in for warranty repairs. Car had humming noise from rear, front brake vibration plus a few other minor problems. After 8 days of working and diagnosing the problems they replaced front rotors and brake pads which fixed the vibration. The noise from rear was a bad wheel bearing which they replaced.
I picked up the car after service hours so when I drove the car and noticed the steering wheel was not straight when driving in a straight line I called the next morning to let them know the problem. Jeff told me to bring it in and they'd take care of it. Once there they denied causing the problem and have since accepted no responsibility. BBB tried to mediate, no luck. Lasher will not stand behind their work or correct any problems they create.
