I do my research and even worked for a dealership in the past, but still get kind of overwhelmed. I had never felt so comfortable and certain that I was being taken care of! They gave me an amazing deal, were honest and very knowledgeable throughtout the entire experience! This team went above and beyond for me..and I absolutely love my car!! They seemed to know what was best for me before I did...and I'm so grateful! I have not been disappointed, this car is perfect for me! Bubba, Raj and the finance manager were answers to my prayers that day! They were so kind, and not pushy whatsoever! I would highly recommend them, and have been, to everyone!!! More

Excellent Experience Went to John L Sullivan on two occasions. Left info with two different sales guys and never got a call back. Then talked to my Father in Law about Mai Went to John L Sullivan on two occasions. Left info with two different sales guys and never got a call back. Then talked to my Father in Law about Maita and he gave me Tony Romano's name because he had done some fleet business with him in the past. Stopped by and talked to Tony. He was in the process of talking to another customer so he introduced me and my wife to Byron Mudd so he could get us started looking for a new truck. After taking to Byron he gave us a couple of options which we weren't interested in. Then he quoted us on a couple of four wheel drive trucks but we just couldn't afford it. Then both of them began searching for what we thought we could afford. It took some time and quite a bit of effort on their parts but finally found exactly what we were looking for. We then bought a rear wheel drive Silverado and are quite happy with it. These guys are pros. They said that they wanted to get us what we wanted and to become happy and satisfied customers. Job well done! I'm sure the company my wife works for will be back with some fleet business due to their efforts. More
