And, I have to add that Rich has extended a hand with several questions I have asked since I took possession of my truck. I can usually reach Rich by phone but if not he promptly returns my call. Not so amazing experience! 20 years ago I had a horrible experience buying a car from Maita Chevrolet, but our Financing was through USAA and Maita was and authorized dealer for 20 years ago I had a horrible experience buying a car from Maita Chevrolet, but our Financing was through USAA and Maita was and authorized dealer for them so we decided to try again, While Rich Barbour the sales rep was amazing to work with on the purchase of our Exquinox. Rich Straley in financing was a disaster, we went in with our financing ready to go through USAA, when we discussed adding a warranty I informed home that would put us over the maximum on our loan, he stated that "USAA will just adjust the loan, they do it all the time, but if for some reason they did not, then he would get is financing at the same rate somewhere else." We agreed, knowing the loan would be submitted to USAA first, and we could deal with, as a military family, who deploys it was important that we have our loan with our military bank. Almost 2 weeks after signing documents and having the car home, we were called by the dealership to let us know they had missed a few documents and they need our signatures. We went back down to the dealership and at that time we were told that they were submitting us to another lender, when we questioned if USAA had declined the financing - Rich told us no he had not even submitted it to them - long story short after complaining to the dealership GM - they apologized, but did nothing other than take off the service contract and submit it to USAA at our insistence. It is apparent that Maita has agreements with other lenders and that it costs them more to work with USAA and they were trying to work with a lender they get kick backs from. The fact that they had no intention of ever submitting to our financing is deceptive and dishonest. More

Awesome customer service! 16 months after I had a new engine put in my 04 Yukon my starter went out in a city over 100 miles away. Eben though they hadn't replaced it and there was no warranty involved the Service Manager Mike saved me. mike offered me a great price to fix my Yukon but I couldn't drive it. The starter gear wasn't returning all the way and was hitting the ring gear. I am at my son's house in San Jose and didn't have the money to have it fixed. The dealership here wanted a lot more than Maita. I was stuck and with no options. So after learning all this Mike called the dealership here and negotiated a price I could afford. Way beyond great customer service! Thank You Mike and thank you Maita Chevrolet! More

I always feel like I'm going to be taken advantage of. Five days after purchasing a used Honda from this dealership I noticed a noise and contacted Rich Barbour to complain about it. He asked me to bring it in and it was taken care of in one day. Adam Perriera contacted me to tell me that they had arranged for my rental car to be paid for, even after I agreed to pay for it myself. The noise resulted from loose caliber bolts and they were replaced free of charge. The staff here was very professional and fast. Great experience! More
