All the while taking a personal approach and making us feel no pressure and very relaxed.... After offer was settled and approved we were in with the finance guru Mr Dittmar where a quick look at no with the love of fishing made our relationship seem like it had been in effect for years... He was a very open, humble and honest man who bared his sole about life and made a crazy stressful event feel like nothing... These three men were awesome and feel like we got what we went for!! Best Vehicle Buying Experience EVER! I purchased a super clean, used Chevrolet Silverado from this dealership in May 2015. I contacted them via Internet Sales and found the process from start to finish to be THE lowest pressure (no pressure, really), most pleasant (yes, I said it - PLEASANT!) car buying experience I've ever had - and I've visited dozen upon dozens of dealerships and purchased a variety of used and new vehicles over the past 20+ years. Every person I dealt with was respectful and courteous and did not try to talk me into buying the vehicle but left the decision totally up to me. In the Finance office (the part I usually dread) the Finance Manager Dan was friendly and professional, offering me all the add-on products but not pushing when I declined. Also, there was a minor issue with the power mirrors not working (needed fuse replaced) and they quickly agreed to fix it at no charge (as they should have) then even followed up with me to ensure I made the service appointment. Even the Asst. Manager, Anthony, checked on me and inquired to ensure I was receiving excellent customer service during the purchase process. All in all, a wonderful experience and a very fair price for my hard-to-find truck...I will definitely be a repeat customer in the future! Thank you guys at Maita Chevrolet!! More

Great Salesman The first time I went to Maita I didn't have a great experience. The initial salesman are always rude, but then they passed me off to a salesman there The first time I went to Maita I didn't have a great experience. The initial salesman are always rude, but then they passed me off to a salesman there named Craig and apparently he is one of the top salesman at the dealership and its easy to understand why. He didn't try to pressure me into buying a car and allowed me to make the decision on my own. He made sure I had all the facts and answered every question I had. My dream car was a Camaro and while I had to settle for the V6 and not the V8 like I wanted for financing reasons, he still got me every other option I wanted at a reasonable price. In a couple years when I'm up for the 6th generation camaro I will definitely be finding Craig to make it happen. More

Now, I think bad past experiences clouded my judgment. The dealership and management went above and beyond to ensure I was happy with the work and completed a second diagnostic due to my concerns. They were respectful, listened, and put in overtime on my car. I am not big on dealerships, but I would definitely recommend this dealer and will probably go back for all check-ups and maintenance work on my vehicle. The only reason I might bypass this dealer is because of my less than patient behavior as a customer, not theirs as a car service location. Even for a customer like me, they went out of their way to ensure my safety and ensure that I actually understood WHY my car acted the way it did, which is rare for some service connected businesses these days. More

When I came back the next day to ask about some items I wanted for car, I worked with Anthony & Dan and ordered items. Also got answers about parts from Sean and Chip in parts. I have worked with Maita Chevrolet 4 a number of years with Nick and Rich with the same response ALWAYS!!! I have and will continue to recommend them EVERY time I can. Thank You ALL RHM :-) More
