I was disappointed in the fact that I had made an appointment and was told it would still be at least a 2 hour wait. I typically use the Stockton dealership but I was going to be in the area so I mad appointment and was told it would still be at least a 2 hour wait. I was told by the representative that helped me the online system was double booking people but why not let people know ahead of time that there is a problem with the system and there will be a long wait so people can adjust their schedules ahead of time . Delivered my new work truck to my location they did all this in 3 days after I gave them pictures of my truck and filled out credit application the service I received was top notch and the turn around as well so I’ll be doing all my business with these guys for now on. I don’t understand why it took 2 hours just to replace oil and rotate tires. Other places like jiffy lube only takes less than 10 minutes.
