First time an oil change & tire rotation was completed in under two hours. I actually left the car for the day, (based on past experience) and was pleasantly surprised to get the call. I dropped the car off at 8am, no one in the service entrance but, a very nice man walking through greeted me and then let them know I was there. I think he was a mechanic or eng./maintenance.
