Overall the experience has been pretty good. I enjoyed working with Jay (Ameek) as he was straightforward and responded quickly to my questions. For the most part I think he gave me a fair price, however, I do have some concerns: 1.I ordered a soft top as an extra for $1400. I was then told I'd have to return in two weeks to have it installed after it comes in. As I live two hours away from the dealership, this has become an inconvenience for me. For a $1400 accessory, Elk Grove Dodge has made me feel like they are doing me a favor. Since I bought a brand new vehicle I feel that this soft top should have been discounted especially since I am having to drive over 100 miles and hang around to have it installed. 2. They only give me one key for a brand new jeep and when I asked for a second key I had to wait for almost an hour. I actually want to get a third key, which I will order on my next visit. 3. I'm not sure why I am being charged $200 for Sirius radio when I really am not interested in this option at all. I hope this feedback is helpful. Ron More

We had a great experience buying our new Jeep Grand Cherokee. John Benton was friendly and knowledgeable, and not in any way pushy. I have been shopping for a new Jeep for many months but could never find the right deal and a salesman I trusted. I found both dealing with Victor Bloom. I felt he was honest and represented Elk Grove Dodge in an honorable way which is hard to find in this day and age. To recommend Victor to my friends and clients is the least I could do to help them buy a new car. The young lady in the finance department (sorry I forgot her name) was first class and completely professional. She work her butt off to get the best financing she could for me...
