Took many calls to get through only to hear that they have tried to call the previous vehicle owner number. Have to leave the vehicle for another day. Again, there are no calls until I have to call around closing time. At the dealership, no one at the counter. I have to wait about 30 minutes. Finally, an advisor tried to help but couldn't find the vehicle records in the database. Took another hour to track where the vehicle was. Requested to check for the vehicle high-pitch noise issue, but it is not checked, not shown in the work record. Ended up paying $728 for 40k miles maintenance and replacing 12 voltage battery. Overall, this is the worst customer experience that I have ever had with a dealership. More
