The checkin process for service needs to be reviewed as customers were bothered by how those with appointments were in the same line as the with walk-ins. There should be a single file line and distinguish customers were bothered by how those with appointments were in the same line as the with walk-ins. In addition, those who were lined up in the service line were not checked-in in the order received. My vehicle was ready and I hadn’t been notified in a timely manner as I waited in the showroom area. I believe it was due to staffing issues. I had no issue with the representatives, just the process and simply apologizing for the inconvenience. However there is a possible concern regarding being short staffed. More

Customer service in the quick lane could be more friendly. They don't greet customers when we enter the business. I felt like neither of the 4 men inside wanted to be there. The person I made the appointment with, made me aware that I would have to pay diagnosis cost if the problem wasn't the part that was part of the extended warranty. Jae was great in reinforcing that, so that I would have to pay diagnosis cost if the problem wasn't the part that was part of the extended warranty. There is a problem with my car that is not part of the extended warranty. I would have liked to have a copy of the quote for service so that I could plan for it in the future.
