Service in the fleet service area for individual owners has always been poor in my experience. With an online appointment for camera replacement I was still sent to fleet service and then told “we don’t do has always been poor in my experience. Luckily with my comment on my way out the door about the poor service, they brought in a senior service manager who took care of my truck promptly outside of the fleet service department. I suggest someone read the notes on the appointment and set expectations with the customer appropriately. Ratings are for outside the fleet service department. More

I will say that I was greatly appreciative of Mike for letting me know that if the part was at EG Ford, then he would have it fixed that day. If not, he would let me know that it would be ordered and res letting me know that if the part was at EG Ford, then he would have it fixed that day. If not, he would let me know that it would be ordered and reschedule me. I was fully expecting just to have the Service Manager (whoever it would have been) to tell me that they would investigate my concern, and then reschedule me. So, this was great to hear from Mike that as long as the part was in-stock, then he would get it fixed. Also, I have say that I was thankful for Mike offering to get me a ride home instead of waiting several hours at the dealership. Which, leads me to Irene, who was the nicest person to drive me back. Irene was such a friendly person to talk to while on the drive home. This experience has been one of the best I've had all these years of doing business with Elk Grove Ford. Keep up the great work! Took it there for an issue, the vehicle was stalling, paid over $2500. 2 days later the issue returned with check engine light. Took it back paid again for more parts $1200, a few days later check engine paid over $2500. 2 days later the issue returned with check engine light. Took it back paid again for more parts $1200, a few days later check engine light came back, took it back again, paid again $1000. 2 days later check engine light and battery light came on again, even though the issue was all related i never got anything fixed under warranty. So I will be taking my vehicle to a different shop to fix the issue the dealership charged me for but never really fixed. More
