Elk grove ford delved into my issue of the sun roof leaking - while I spent a total of 3 days there, the door seals were replaced and the sun roof and drainage pipes were also worked on and fixed. Even the oil changes and regular maintenance that is needed - I only take my truck to them for quality service. More

Customer support front desk and support staff were great but the specialist assigned to me marred the whole experience. First off, it took 3 months from my first visit to get my car in. Starting in Septembe but the specialist assigned to me marred the whole experience. First off, it took 3 months from my first visit to get my car in. Starting in September, I brought my vehicle in for an inspection to ensure my issue was under warranty. Everything initially went well, I met my assigned specialist and I was told I’d be called in a week to bring the car in for repair. Two weeks later, I still heard nothing and had to follow up. Support team confirmed that my part was on back order but I was never notified by the specialist. 3 months later in December, I call again after waiting for so long and was told by support staff that my part came in a week ago but has not been inspected yet to make sure it doesn’t have the same issue my original part has. I was told I’d be called by the next day. I wasn’t called by my specialist for another 3 days. Finally, I bring the car in and was told it’d be ready over night, and given a rental as a courtesy vehicle. I didn’t hold my breath on this promise and was called 3 days later to come pick up. Specialist was terrible but the rest of the staff was great. The repair seems decent but I can see the same issue reappearing on my car now a week later. I am not confident this repair will last, but this is an issue with Ford’s manufacturing rather than the dealership. I think (at this point I’ve lost confidence in both). More
