Service on what was scheduled was good, a brake system problem had occurred 1 week prior to the appointment date, was wanting the brake problem looked into possibly leak somewhere because had to refill problem had occurred 1 week prior to the appointment date, was wanting the brake problem looked into possibly leak somewhere because had to refilling reservoir twice a little the first time the dash reminder of brake fluid low then again a couple of days later a second occurrence in which I added much more fluid but nothing or findings were stated, felt like they were wanting to make a return appointment for brakes only. With brakes being a very important factor in the operation of the vehicle was not satisfied with the outcome. More
Not sure if I got the service I requested, if I underpaid or was overcharged. I requested 40,000 miles service, was told it’s covered under warranty. Five days later I get a call that not all the work was covered by the warranty and was told that I owed $78.00. I went in the next day to pay and was told that I owed $128. I was charged $90.00. More

I was amazed that a person was available in the drive uo service lane to greet me and orovide instructions on the next steps to get my appointment started. She was gregarious; treated me like family, made sure i signed up for a ride home and let the service coirdinator know i was tgere for my appointment. Service tech was prompt; responded to all my inquiries and explained the recall process and what would be taken care of on this visit. I also spoke to my sales person and updated them on how much i was enjoying my new truck. My interactions with all the staff were all positive and i enjoyed the process! More
