They have bad communication. They are eager to get your car in friendly sends you information to text to get in touch. I had left a message with the Service Manager and NEVER NOT They are eager to get your car in friendly sends you information to text to get in touch. I had left a message with the Service Manager and NEVER NOT 1 CALL BACK. Multiple things needed to be looked at and fixed. Having my car for 3 weeks was to long. They can only fix the problem if they can duplicate the issue. My service tranmission tec tried his best to duplicate it but couldn't. But the other 2 problems it doesn't take 3 weeks to get though to the insurance to get approved. Then they order the parts the last week. Very unperfessional. Bad business. I took my car after it was fixes but it still wasn't right. I had another issue with the car not accelerating at a stop. It went 2 miles a hour. We almost got hit because the car wouldn't take off. They told me the recall on it is probably why I have this issue. Nope!! The car eventually worked again. I took off back to the dealership and left my car the next day with the same 2 issues I originally bought it in for. I left it for 3-4 days nothing. They can't help me. I went back took my car. They were nit willing to take my transmission apart or they would only go by codes. I will hold them accountable if something happens and I get hit because of this ongoing issue. I can't just leave my car for weeks or months and not have a car. Uber and Lyft are expensive. Ford of Elk Grove is not somewhere I want to leave my car and expect to have it fixed right. But again I believe the service transmission tec did try. But Ford should have been more to figure out my problem. Very disappointed and unsatisfied. More
