I would recommend this dealership for sales, but not for service. Our brand new truck with less than 700 miles had a power train warning. When we called the service department, they said they could not get service. Our brand new truck with less than 700 miles had a power train warning. When we called the service department, they said they could not get us in for 16 days, but the warning stated we should not drive the truck. We called our sales rep and he got our vehicle towed in on a Thursday. We called on Friday for a status, called in Saturday and was told it was a software issue and it should be ready on Monday. We called our assigned service rep and was told she would call back. Nothing, so we called and called and kept being told someone would call us back with the status. Finally around 3:00 pm we received a call to pick up our truck. They looked at the truck and paperwork stated it was safe to drive but the software update would not be ready until the 2nd quarter of this year. However, we are already in the 3rd quarter. Very frustrating experience. More
