Called with dead battery issue, service told me to bring it in appt will be next day first thing. Ford checked it out throughly and even did the recall issue that I was just notified the day before via mail it in appt will be next day first thing. I went in for an oil change on my dodge ram because I have a lifetime oil changes with the Lithia dealership. I picked up my truck and drove it back to Lodi and by the time I got back to Lodi, I had a wa have a lifetime oil changes with the Lithia dealership. I picked up my truck and drove it back to Lodi and by the time I got back to Lodi, I had a warning that my coolant level was low. I checked the paperwork and everything was marked as good on all the fluid levels. I called the dealership and was told that they were not able to top off the coolant in my truck because it was a ram and it uses different coolant than the Ford dealership. If that were the case they had marked off that all fluid levels were good, and there was no mention of anything wrong When I picked up the truck. Very poor customer service and I’m very disappointed in this Lithia dealership. I’ve had nothing but great experiences with the Lithia dealership we purchased the truck from in Washington state More
