Wasn’t sure about bringing my car here after my last experience (about 2 years ago) having to get a total engine replacement due to a mfr defect and then fighting with Ford corporate to help get the cos experience (about 2 years ago) having to get a total engine replacement due to a mfr defect and then fighting with Ford corporate to help get the costs defrayed (which they ultimately did). But my A/C had quit and I needed it quickly repaired. This time, we found d the service department worked much better with us, provided me with complimentary rides to and from the dealer and my broken A/C compressor replaced within two days. They also washed my car and turned it back to me looking very nice. It felt like the old great service we had always experienced in the past. More
