Communication from the service advisor, who is the assistant service manager, was nearly non-existent. I had to initiate all communication. I brought my car in early in the morning. At the end of the assistant service manager, was nearly non-existent. I had to initiate all communication. I brought my car in early in the morning. At the end of the day I contacted the service advisor and was told was that the service contract provider had not yet given authorization for the repair. I then arranged to pick my car up. Days later I contacted the service contract provider myself and was informed that the authorization for the repair had been provided to Elk Grove Ford days ago. I again contacted the service advisor and let them know that the repair was authorized. I then had to wait for parts to be ordered. I was not informed when the parts were received. After several days, I again initiated communication with the service advisor to schedule an appointment to bring my car back in for the final repair. All together a repair that should have been completed in one day took over 2 weeks to complete. If this was a repair that could have been completed somewhere other than the dealership I would have never taken my car to Elk Grove Ford and, based on my experience, in the future I will take my car to a different Ford dealership in the area. More

It was easy to make an appointment online and openings were available the very next day. After arriving at the dealership I was taken care of right away and provided a free shuttle service to get home. Al were available the very next day. Although it took about a week for the repair due to having to order the part from back east, my vehicle was repaired successfully and is still working good. More

Customer service representative was pleasant to deal with. I had put off getting the emissions correction appointment made and when I did leave a message, she got back to me quickly and set up the appoi with. The technician was nice & friendly and performed h the updates and minor checkups right at my house. In less than an hour all was done and he brought me my keys and gave me the paperwork I need to turn in and I signed the forms verifying he serviced the car. More
