Zero communication. Was told I’d be dropping off my truck for a diagnostic, I’d have it back by EOD. Never heard anything, so I called the following morning. I was then Was told I’d be dropping off my truck for a diagnostic, I’d have it back by EOD. Never heard anything, so I called the following morning. I was then told they’d have the truck for 2 weeks. I needed my vehicle that morning to drive to Oakland. I was told I could get a rental car, only when I arrived there was no reservation made on my behalf. After talking with the dealer I waited for them to put through a reservation, only to find out they only cover ford vehicles. There were no Ford full size truck or suvs. I then spent the next 2 hours in a panic driving around to rental places trying to find a replacement. The ford service center made it clear none of this was their problem. I never received any communication until the truck was ready to be picked up. All communication was started by me. More

While my car was in for service I needed to have my driver side visor replaced at the same time .Ms. Oliver said she it would be checked out. Did not happen.
