Three days after the purchase - the car was packed and my son, husband and I drove to Colorado. Six months later my husband and I returned to Elk Grove Subaru and we purchased our first Subaru (Mike Waller, Sales and Mike Lagandao, Finance). I appreciated being able to negotiate a lower price online before driving to dealership. I initially called Elk Grove Subaru after having a very bad experience at Maita Subaru. I had pre-qualified for the low interest rate promotion and was ready to buy a 2012 WRX in WR Blue Pearl; however, M bad experience at Maita Subaru. I had pre-qualified for the low interest rate promotion and was ready to buy a 2012 WRX in WR Blue Pearl; however, Maita Subaru was unable or unwilling to get me the car I wanted. When I called Elk Grove Subaru I was put in contact with David Melo. I explained what I wanted and he assured me that he would be able to get me the car I wanted. We set an appointment date of the following day. When I got to the appointment my pregnant wife and I were met by Dave with pleasantness and professionalism. He got my wife something to eat and made us feel at home. He was able to find a car that completely fit my criteria (most importantly in WR Blue Pearl). One of the cars he found had more options than we intended to get, but the price was so good we went with that car. The car arrived to the dealership the next day with only 24 miles on the odometer. The car was perfect and so was our experience at Elk Grove Subaru and with David Melo. My wife went into labor only hours after we took deliver of the car and we are now proud parents of a beautiful baby boy. Had we not been taken care of so well, we may have been without a car for some time. Great job! More

I was fortunate enough to talk and meet with Ned, Omar and Alex from Elk Grove Subaru during my hunt for a new car. Once we settled on a few options they guided me around the lot and we found the perfect car for me. I could not be happier with my choice in going to Elk Grove Subaru. Each individual was very pleasant to work with and more importantly extremely passionate with their work. This made the process of looking for the right car so much more enjoyable.
