Such an incredible buying experience! Clark V. was my sales associate, and I am SO thankful for him. When I came to test drive the vehicle I was interested in, I straight up told Clark, Clark V. was my sales associate, and I am SO thankful for him. When I came to test drive the vehicle I was interested in, I straight up told Clark, I would be test driving multiple vehicles that day and would not be purchasing then. Clark continued to provide me with excellent service and information, and did not pressure me in ANY way to make a decision or cut my test drive short so he could get back out with other customers. Clark never made me feel pressured or intimidated by the car buying process. Once I decided I was ready to purchase, which was a few days later, Clark was again with me every step of the way, making sure I knew what everything was, and each step we were taking. Additionally, as Clark was doing a final walk through of the vehicle I was trading in, he found a $20 bill under my seat and gave it to me! I was so impressed by his integrity, not everyone would have given that $20 back and it would have easily slipped into their own pocket. Everyone I interacted with at Elk Grove Subaru was warm and friendly, and I felt welcomed the moment I entered the building. I didn't feel ashamed or intimidated to ask questions, and never felt pressured to anything I didn't want to do or make any purchases/addons that I didn't want. I want to say an absolute thank you to the people in Elk Grove Subaru dealership. My day started off early, it had to because I knew I wanted to drive home in a SUV. So I went to dealership to dealership test driving and having the same conversation with each person that asked have you been help yet. I was determined to find my vehicle. When i pulled in to Elk Grove Subaru I first spoke with Arnar. He seem real genuine in helping me even when I told him I was looking for a good suv under 20k and with low mileage. Anar was not phased. There were a few options that he showed me. But when I sat in my used Audi Q5 I knew, this was my vehicle. But I wanted to way out my options. So I told amar I was going to be back I wanted to test drive another vehicle I had my eye on. I went to go test drive it and then driving it. I knew that I had to go back and make a deal with anar. So I went back, told him make me an offer and he was willing to do just that. Brought me in I spoke to Patrick and Patrick went out of his way to make sure that I walked away with that vehicle At the price I was asking for so big shout out to Patrick. After Patrick gave me my price And then was signing papers with Steven making sure that my document was fully comprehended and they weren’t trying to get over on me in making it sale.
