It was an absolute pleasure. Liz is very personable and talk to you, not at you. Her knowledge of the vehicle I was looking to but is extensive. During the test drive, she explained vehicle features and capabilities when they were or under what circumstances they would have been applicable. My experience was only enhanced by the entire sales and finance team. No high pressure, just great information, a great deal of knowledge and a very genuine intrest and effort to make my purchase an atypical experience. More

Recently worked with Ryan and the team at EBA and had a great experience all around. Ryan was great to work with both test driving a few different top tier cars and through purchase of an incredible Audi. great experience all around. Ryan was amazing with communication and even offered to come in on his day off to be there for final delivery. Negotiation with the team with Ryan and management was very fair and reasonable through the whole process. Outside of just solid people, EBA’s inventory is always really impressive and will definitely be back for my next car. More

If you buy out of State you are screwed. They shipped me a car with a cardboard tag!! They refused to get an inspection locally cheap xxxxxxxx a (30) day tag to be transfered!@! I have now been waiting and driving illegality in Georgia for 40 days now, (with this awesome illegal cardborad tag) 8/25/23 they are now saying they finally sent paperwork to be processed 9/9/23 in GA. xxx cheap xxxxxxxx!!! DO NOT BUY OUT OF STATE PERIOD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 53 days yea right I believe that ........................I will update you with the real disaster date.......
