Appreciated the communication, responded right away when we called. Had keys ready, and Dylan got us the carfax and checked in with us how we liked our new car next day. If I had to provide any criticism, we said we were going to pay cash, then they continued to ask us to finance multiple times and we had to wait for 2.5 hours after agreeing on price and purchasing to go sign paperwork.
