Sold a bad truck 10hrs driving to dealership frustrate I was sold a truck for 38k that was not shifting correctly issue was reported dealer serviced looked at it said it was i took 2 service members for a I was sold a truck for 38k that was not shifting correctly issue was reported dealer serviced looked at it said it was i took 2 service members for a ride they said it was not shifting normally a after 10hrs traveling to the dealership for the same the issues that still exists was looking at another 8 hrs drive time and hope issue is fixed got frustrated after 3 months and want to trade out dealer said they would give me 36k and knock 4500 off of msrp on new truck ok deal. I get there they maxes a mistake and can only give me 31k plus 1k dealer cash. So I lost 6k over 3 months in a truck they sold me with an ongoing problem. Will file a.complaint with GM. More
