WORLD CLASS John Nelson met me in the Service Drive right as I drove into the building and before I knew it my Truck was in the service bay. After repairs were done, John Nelson had my 2005 Ram SRT-10 hand washed as it is a rare truck and has a factory spoiler on the back that might be damaged if it would have been run through a mechanical car wash. So, my visit to your dealership was wonderful and world class. More
