My parents and I were being helped by Michal Kania who was really nice and made our experience very relaxing and comfortable. He asked what I was looking for as far as features in a car and showed me different options. We then took a test drive in the Jeep Cherokee but they didn't have the car in black, which is what I originally wanted, so Michal explained that he would be able to order it for me as long as I liked how the car drove and not once did he pressure me or parents on purchasing a car. Next thing you know I'm signing papers on my new car! I was very satisfied leaving the dealership and excited since it was my first time.
