This dealer will not negotiate in pricing. This is was what kept me from purchasing at this location.  Showed Joe, sales man, how I found the same vehicle in a different color for $6k less.  This is was what kept me from purchasing at this location.  Showed Joe, sales man, how I found the same vehicle in a different color for $6k less.  He said then go buy that one.  If he would have came down $4k, I would have paid cash on the spot for the vehicle.   Instead he said take it or leave it.  So I left.  Went to another dealer who sold to me below MSRP at a better price.  Honestly,  Larry Roesch Ram was a complete waste of time.  Over charging for same vehicles sold for less elsewhere and refusing to negotiate.   Complete joke.  Will never be back.  First and last experience there.  Proved to me they are cheap con artists more interested in ripping people off than selling a car.  Would rather sell a car for $5k more and increase profits that be honest and fair.  More

Scheduled a 9am appointment for an oil change. When I arrived they informed me it would be at least an hour and a half before they would start my oil change.
