The difference was night and day - We worked with Scott Campbell in sales and Frank Visco in finance. Both worked to get us a GREAT deal on a 2016 Cherokee. The overall process was quick, but since it was a Saturday, we did end up having to wait a considerable time before we could finalize the purchase. All-in-all, we left happy with our purchase. More

The customer service was great I was able to look over at all my picks and choose which one was going to be my next Jeep. I Spoke with Jamie Lopez whom I had worked with a year prior when I was originally thinking about upgrading from a 2010. Long story short I came back in on the 13th to see if I could make the deal happen. What a great experience. Jamie was able to answer all my questions about the vehicle also getting the financing and all the paper work done was a very quick and painless process. How often can you say that about purchasing a vehicle. ILLEGAL Transfer I had to forfeit my personal plates as they did an ILLEGAL transfer between vehicles. I've now contacted them three times about it with no call or rep I had to forfeit my personal plates as they did an ILLEGAL transfer between vehicles. I've now contacted them three times about it with no call or reply back. They're simply ignoring me. They don't care about you after you drive off the lot. Again, they did an ILLEGAL transfer (words from the DMV - not me). Buyer beware!!! More

I have been in contact with different dealers from my area and have had to jump through hoops just to get approved for a car, even with a co-signer that has a credit score of 850! I was becoming very discouraged and thought there was no way for me to get a new car. I was recommended this group by a friend, and from the second I walked in I was impressed. I was greeted with a smile, and did not feel any pressure when I was asked what I was looking for. The staff wanted to get to know me and made me feel very at home before I even stepped foot into a vehicle. I was amazed at the condition the vehicle was in, and how informed my salesman was with every function it had. After my information was submitted, I was approved for a loan ON MY OWN. The employees I spoke with were extremely personable and receptive to what I had to say. The attitude and overall environment was above and beyond my previous experiences and expectations. If I had to be picky, I wish there was a little more wiggle-room on the price of the vehicle, but overall I left a very satisfied customer and I plan to return to this dealership.
