Excellent Customer service. Went in to dealership, just to look while wife was shopping. Shortly after I was purchasing a new escape. My salesman, Don, was very polite, professional and Knowledgeable. He explained everything and then asked if I had any questions. I responded no, I think he covered everything. No pressure but excellent customer service. This is my third car purchased from them, and plan to deal with them in the future. More

Not entirely their fault, but has a xxxxty lease program right now. In addition, the inventory on the lot for New Ford Trucks, sucks. I walked down to the GMC dealer and bought a new GMC after 40 years of right now. In addition, the inventory on the lot for New Ford Trucks, sucks.
