Their service department is absolutely horrible. They are rude and they lie right to your face. I have to get an oil consumption test because my car A 2017 Sonata is burning oil and BOTH times they They are rude and they lie right to your face. They have had to add over a quart of oil every 1,000 miles and they say there is nothing wrong the car. They say it is well within the industry standards that it burns that much oil in a month I have been “helped” by Erica. (Very rude and condescending). I bought a 2023 Kona SEL. I could not have been more pleased. I worked with Ashley -- the calmest and most honest car salesperson I've met in my 51 years. She was also by far the most educated on the models I considered buying. (In the past, with other Hyundai salesfolk, I knew more about the car than they did.) We worked out most of the details in email and over the phone and saved time by doing so. Perhaps the other reviews of this dealer are outdated, but my experience was fantastic. I feel like I bought a fun new toy from my favorite store rather than buying a car from a dealer, in the traditional sense. The financing spiel was fast and direct, and the staff person made no attempt to pressure me. The numbers on paper were the numbers we discussed on the phone -- no surprises. More
