Test drive process was unorganized. I made an advance appointment to test drive and the vehicle was not ready to go nor was there a salesperson ready to greet me. My appointment was for 9:30, the salesman had called in and was not there. The car, paperwork, etc. was not ready so I had to wait 90 minutes to get everything done and still had no time to go over the vehicle. Blue link took four days for me to figure out. More
