My sun roof would not close. I managed to to close. I went to the dealer, I was told everything was ok. That following Wednesday I went to open my, it would not open. I called a spoke with Melanie I was told there was a system problem that she would call when the problem was fixed. I call later that day I spoke with someone else she said she was in charge of making calls. I yet to hear from any one . I called ask for the service manger left a voice mail.He called back and left a message for me.I had a personal issue to deal with. I was not able to him back. I tried to reach out to Jim left a message never returned my call. I then reached out to Jim on June 27, 2024. As of July 3,2024. I have not received any phone call from anyone from the dealer NO ONE HAS CALL ME BACK. From service to sales has called me back.
