Vinnie Goulette is a sales manager, and by phone he immediately offered me a very good no-haggle price, a better value than anything I had seen on the internet. Very friendly, quick, clean efficient transaction. The only sticky point was an additional $189 "document processing" charge that the dealer admitted was simply extra profit. To be fair, I was told of this fee in advance, but I was led to believe that it was for state fees. We ended up paying the extra fee because the sales price on the vehicle was so reasonable. I can highly recommend this dealer and would definitely purchase from them again in the future. More
