Eric and the rest of the staff @ Emerson were fabulous! We came up from Portland looking for a specific Ford. We purchased the car there via the internet, essentially sight unseen. When we went to get it, they let us take it home for the weekend, about an hour away, before signing any papers. Whenever it needs regular service, we email Ray, our salesman and he sets up an appt with service for us, then he drives here (~1hour) to pick up the car in our driveway and leave us a loaner. Our experience at Emerson was amazing! We were on a mission to buy the right vehicle for our family. After a day of test driving vehicles from other dealerships, our last test drive was with Eric in a mission to buy the right vehicle for our family.
