Great experience After shopping at other dealerships, we went to Emerson to see if we could work on a deal for my 2015 Rave4. Our sales person, Aaron Morse showed us the vehicles that they had in stock. After test driving the vehicle we were interested in we sat down with Aaron to work out the details. At no time did we feel pressured to buy and they were very forth-coming with information. We picked up the vehicle the next day. We also had leased a 2014 Tacoma from another dealership, and after they were not helpful we returned to Emerson to see if I could upgrade to a Tundra. Although we were not able at this time to purchase a 2016, Aaron was able to put me in a 2014 Certified Used Tundra TRD. The deal was made that day, and they even worked past closing time to complete our deal even though we would have been happy to come back the next day. My Corolla rolled 214,000 and even though I absolutely LOVED my car, it was time to get into something newer. I chose to lease a 2016 Corolla S Plus Special Edition because of the fabulous incentives - and the car ROCKS!!!! Having never leased before, I was thrilled at the options I received. The staff from Aaron, my Sales Agent, to Matt, the General Manager all the way to Angie in the Credit Department was flawless!
