I paid $2,500 to fix my car here and left with a $1,767 problem I didn't come in with. I had my 2014 Tiguan's radiator replaced at this location. The pre-repair inspection documented no issues with my cooling fan. On the second drive after pickup, a check engine light came on and the fan started wobbling badly. An independent shop found the cause: a broken intercooler hose leaking under boost, with contact damage between that hose and the fan. That hose sits in the exact area that has to be taken apart to remove a radiator. When I reported the failure, I was told to pay for a 45 mile tow up front and I'd only be reimbursed if they decided it was their fault. I gave them the independent findings, the photos, and their own dealership network's diagnostic log, and asked them to make it right. They declined, and kept moving the goalposts each time I met their conditions. I have filed a formal complaint with Volkswagen of America. I trusted a VW dealership to do a job correctly and stand behind it, and got neither. Document your car before and after any major work here, and keep your pre-service inspection. Mine is the only reason I know what changed. More

The entire process was easy. Atticus was kind, fun, and knowledgeable. We test drove the Taos, and the Tiguan. Both nice vehicles but I liked the pick up on the Taos.
