Best Car buying experience I have had This was my first time buying a used car. Aaron had the car ready for me before I arrived. He was patient and answered all of my questions and gave me plenty of space to make my decision. When we discussed numbers they were very accommodating and showed us how they got the numbers. The car was priced fairly so little negotiation was needed. They bought us dinner when we told them we had not eaten since breakfast. They gave us a $50 gift certificate for the parts store and included a tank of gas which is not always included for used cars. Even though the process was long it was worth it and I would recommend this dealership and working with Aaron Bergen. More

Great Deal...Worth the Drive! I live in Fruita, CO and drove 5 hours to Gebhardt Volkswagen to meet with Geoff Gabriel about a car I saw on their website. I went through USAA Buyng Car Services and it was so easy to shop online! When I arrived at the dealership Geoff had the car all ready for a test drive. He showed me the special features of the car and the history of Volkswagen. We closed the deal at noon and were invited to a taco lunch that the employees put together on Saturday. Cody Newman in Finance had all the paperwork ready to sign and was very professional in explaining all the options. He made it simple and quick. I spent the night in Boulder (courtesy of Gebhardt) and enjoyed the Pearl Street Mall entertainers and great food. My drive back the next day was a heavenly experience...like riding on a cloud all the way home. I LOVE my used Passat! Thank you Geoff, Cody and all the friendly people at Gebhardt! More

Price was right. Good communication. Friendly. Accomodating. I saw this VW on Autotrader. It was priced lower than the others I had seen after a month of looking around. After 48 hours, I think it was Bill who contacted me to ask if Marcus had returned my email. He had not, but within that day I had emailed and talked to Marcus and made the decision to come look at the car. Marcus picked me up at the airport. In just a few hours, I was on my way home in my new to me Jetta Sportwagen. Marcus later checked up to ensure I had made it home. It was 1,000 miles back home. More

I just smile and tell them they should have bought a Volkswagen. Granted, Gebhardt VW Service Center in Boulder rocks, and always provides me with an exceptional service experience, for sure, but I have to say that this has been my experience with VW service centers consistently. The last one was in San Diego. Go VW. You don't leave us with just driving a fantastic vehicle, but you seal the deal with amazing service centers.
