Emmons Autoplex

This is probably the worst experience I have ever had in attempting to purchase a car. I attempted to negotiate a purchase remotely. I have never dealt with a more rude salesman who talked down to me in attempting to purchase a car. I attempted to negotiate a purchase remotely. I have never dealt with a more rude salesman who talked down to me as if I was a child. My reaction was defensive obviously, no one likes to be spoken down to. However, I really liked the car and thought hey I'll just call and get another sales person no problem. WRONG, I was told I couldn't purchase a car, so the sales manager took the side of the rude and offensive salesman and simply refused to do business with me. My mind is literally blown with this level of behavior and even doubling down on poor service. I want this matter escalated to ownership level or general counsel. To refuse to do business with someone after treating them poorly is absolutely something that must be addressed. More

Check out this beautiful Ford I just picked up from Emmons Autoplex in Texas!! I’m from Illinois and George was my salesman from start to finish. Before I made the trip from Illinois to Texas, George a Emmons Autoplex in Texas!! I’m from Illinois and George was my salesman from start to finish. Before I made the trip from Illinois to Texas, George answered all my questions and concerns. He sent multiple videos to ensure me the truck was exactly as described by himself and the Emmons website. When I flew to Texas to pick up the truck it was exactly as I expected, nearly perfect!! While making the purchase Fredrick, who is the VP of Sales, spent a lot of time with me discussing facts and details about the truck. He knew I was an enthusiast and spent extra time making sure the truck was exactly what I wanted. After the sale was final, George introduced me to DeAnn the service manager. I had very specific questions about the service her department did to get the truck prepared for me. She was able to answer all my questions and give me the proper paperwork for the work completed. Overall, this buying experience has been the BEST!! As mentioned above, I flew from Illinois to Texas to buy the truck. Then I drove the truck home from Texas.
