This is a top notch used dealership. From the time we arrived to when we left everyone was pleasant. Kevin was our dealer and he went above and beyond to make sure we was taken care of. Kevin was not only handling our needs but he was able to take care of another customer as well and not lose a beat. If you are into looking for a good used vehicle I highly recommend Emmons. More

The woman on the phone said well we don't add extra charges the the price like other dealerships. But you do, window etching is is overpriced and dealer fees are high as well. Then on top of that you're charging about 2k more than the car is worth. More

Beware of this place. Bought a car a couple of weeks ago. Drove it for a few hours after being assured it had been inspected and mechanically sound with no issues. Took Bought a car a couple of weeks ago. Drove it for a few hours after being assured it had been inspected and mechanically sound with no issues. Took it to our mechanic for a trip check before taking it on the road. Bad CV Joints, sway bar, timing belt, shocks, etc. I even bought the extended warranty valid day one. It was not honored and service manager was arrogant and unwilling to apologize for not catching the issue.said he had new mechanics. Said it was preventative maintenance even though they assure you they checked the car out in solid shape. Lies. Our mechanic said we would have gotten about 100 miles down the road maximum. Emmons refused to help or even split costs, basically told us to pound sand. Stay away at all costs They are a sham of a dealer. Go buy somewhere that cares about customer service and excellence and will not essentially blame the customer. Also, they seem to care less if you area a customer or not. Update:If you want to deal with a clueless service department and unprofessional and dishonest GM, go here. Bought a car and had major issues right out of the lot, including CV joints, engine mounts, etc. The warranty purchased did not cover mechanical issues as promised from day one and they blamed everything on others, including their own “young” mechanics I took it to get second and third opinions, tried to reason with Greg the GM to repair the problem. He just blamed the other mechanics I took it to and said I was asking for too much with a used car. What it comes down to, is they don’t inspect their cars thoroughly as they advertise. They could care less about customer service or adhering to their mission to put customers first. Definition of a sleezy car place that does not take responsibility. One star is too high for this experience and place. Beware. Only positive was Mitch the sale guy and Donny the Finance manager. Great people. More
