gbaca- I understand your frustration with how vehicle market values have skyrocketed over the past year. We guarantee the lowest price within 300 miles of our dealership, so we are not overpriced in comparison to other dealers. You will not find a reputable dealer who would not agree that there has ever been a time in the car business that they have seen prices so high. As much as we all would like, our personal opinion of what vehicles are worth do not dictate true market value. As far as our dealer fees are concerned, I do a routine audit against our competition and still find that we are significantly less and offer extremely good value for the services. - Gary Emmons

Jeffrey Rogers (JER)- To see what you wrote about our company and employees is really disheartening. I have sat down with every employee and manager involved and reviewed notes, pictures, emails, and even the actual parts in question. You purchased a 2014 Honda Pilot with 108,608 miles. Simply stated, the condition of the parts you demanded we replace on your vehicle were consistent with the age and mileage of the vehicle. They were not bad and had not failed. It has been my experience that extended service contract companies will not approve a claim to replace a covered component unless that component has failed and no longer performs the manufacturers intended function. This was not the case. Just because your “trusted mechanic of 20 years” claims the parts in question were bad, does not make it true. He quoted you $2246.99 (sun visors not in that quote) for a job that we did for $543.58 including all new parts, labor, and taxes. The other repair shops you went to are known for aggressive upselling and setting extremely high weekly goals which result in huge profits for the company and large paychecks for the individuals doing the selling. Over several phone conversations you had with our GM, you were offered the option to bring the Honda back for a full refund, in addition to a refund of the $543.58 repair bill. You have repeatedly declined to accept that as a resolution. There is nothing more we can do. -Gary Emmons
