I was in the market to purchase a real nice used vehicle, low miles, great looks not taking a new car dealership "hit" on depreciation. Emmons is a very knowledgeable and respected dealership with complete one-stop shopping - financing, service, body shop, etc. You need to check out their awesome Showroom! David Crowson and co-owner Terry Emmons provided a very comfortable buying experience, with no pressure sales haggling. Both went out of their way to answer and seek information outside the dealership related to my car purchase. Before I took my first test drive, I notice the gas gage was near empty. As seen as a potential concern, owner Terry Emmons personally took the car to nearby gas station and topped off the tank prior to my driving. In addition, David will be delivering some oversized car accessories that came with my purchase. David will be delivering this package personally to my home residence on his day off. This is what you call EXCELLENT customer service, hands down! My wife and I will definitely use Emmons for our next purchase. You just tell them what you are looking for and they will search and find your car of dreams within your budget. Thank you David and Terry for the great experience! More
